    • Apply the recommended healing cream/aftercare balm as directed by your clinician.

    • Avoid direct sun exposure and wear a broad-spectrum SPF 50+ daily to prevent pigmentation.

    • Avoid swimming, saunas, excessive sweating, and hot showers until crusts naturally fall off (typically 5–10 days).

    • No active skincare (Vitamin A, C, AHAs, BHAs, scrubs, or peels) until the area is fully healed.

    • Healing may take 7–14 days, with final results visible as the skin continues to remodel.
